How long will it take for me to get my items?

From the moment you place your order, there are two steps that commence:

Processing time:
To ensure smooth processing of your order, please allow 3 - 5 business days. Before confirming your purchase, kindly verify that all your information including shipping address, credit card details, phone number, and name are accurate. Please note that any orders flagged as fraudulent will be automatically canceled and refunded. Radiance Nail Products is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once the packages are out, they are no longer unde r our control. If you come across any issues caused by our mistake, please feel free to email us within 5 days once received. What happens if I order more than one item?

Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately. 

Can I return my items?

We do not offer refunds/exchanges for the items that have been purchased, for that reason all sales are final. If you come across an issue and there is an error on our end please feel free to email us within 5 days once received to radiancehelpservice@gmail.com for assistance.

Will I have to pay customs on my items?

This varies from country to country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may arise.
